Yes. You will be accompanied by an experienced local trek guide, helpers, and porters/mules for carrying equipment and supplies.

The trail includes sections of snow, loose rocks, and narrow ridges but does not require climbing gear. Basic knowledge of using trekking poles and walking on snow is helpful. Our guides ensure safety and route decisions.

While rare, mild AMS symptoms can occur above 3,000 m. Our itinerary allows for gradual acclimatization, and our staff monitors trekkers daily. Stay hydrated, trek slowly, and inform your guide if feeling unwell.

In case of serious illness or injury, we arrange the quickest possible evacuation via mule, porter, or vehicle. Travel insurance covering high-altitude trekking and evacuation is strongly recommended.

We’ll share a detailed packing list, but essentials include trekking shoes, warm layers, waterproof jacket, gloves, daypack, headlamp, and personal medicines.
